This role sits between business strategy and technical execution. It translates goals, workflows, user needs, AI capabilities, and governance requirements into systems that can be built, used, supervised, and improved.
It is not a purely technical role. It is not a purely strategic role. It operates at the intersection — connecting business intent to operational reality through structured system design.

Where the founder intervenes
The founder leads the architecture logic and coordinates the right execution path with collaborators, technical partners, or client-side teams when required.

Evaluate the AI opportunity in context: what it means for the business, where it fits, and whether it warrants investment.
Product or workflow design
Define how AI fits into the product or operational workflow, what roles it plays, and what it must not do.
AI system architecture
Design the system: its logic, components, validation structure, data flow, and governance requirements.
Build / integration coordination
Coordinate the build with internal teams or technical partners against the architecture and governance specifications.
Deployment support
Supervise deployment, support adoption, and validate that the system matches its intended architecture before full launch.
Optimization and governance
Monitor system performance, document changes, run governance reviews, and guide continuous improvement over time.
